I served as the Community Impact Specialist for the Delta Dental of Wisconsin Foundation. In this role I was responsible for identifying areas where Delta Dental could make a positive impact in the community in alignment with the company’s mission. One of my key focus areas was improving reporting processes to ensure that our impact was accurately measured and reported. I implement and updated reporting systems to be both efficient and effective. I also conducted regular audits of our reporting processes to identify areas for improvement and implemented changes as necessary. Overall, my role as a Community Impact Specialist allowed me to leverage my skills in data analysis and project management to make a positive impact in the community.
